ELEMENTAL - Summer Yoga Workshop Series

Join me on a journey through the seasons, moving through Summer, the element of Fire.

With movement, breath & meditation, we will shift & clear heavy energy that has become stagnant, restoring Prana (Chi) and the essence of your true self. With the Summer season we work on the Heart (Yin) and Small Intestine (Yang) Meridians.

Utilising Life Force Energy, vibration, sacred smoke, sound & the highest frequencies of Light, you will leave feeling clear, connected and balanced within your being.

• Vin-Yin Yoga
• Pranayama
• Yoga Nidra
• Energy Work
• Personal connection & embodiment

What to bring

• Yoga Mat
• Props - bolster, blocks, strap (I will have some available to use but please bring your own if you have them)
• Eye Pillow & blanket
• Water, warm tea
• Your willing self, in comfortable clothing that you can move in
