With the desire to escape the daily grind and live an abundant life led from the heart, in 2015 I began questioning all that I knew and took my personal health, healing and growth into my own hands.
I began exploring, experiencing and learning different types of healing modalities including Reiki, Yoga, Crystal Therapy, Shamanism, Sacred Plant Medicines, Sound Therapy, Sacred Plant Essences and Ayurvedic Massage.
In 2018 I travelled to Rishikesh at the foothills of the Himalayas in India, to complete my first Yoga Teacher Training, but what I returned home with was so much more. A remembering had occurred on a cellular level through this deeply spiritual and enlightening experience, and it catapulted change and my personal evolution that continues today.
I am a 500 hour certified Yoga Teacher; a Sacred Chocolate Ceremonialist; an Energy and Light Worker; a Sacred Space Holder, and a Mother.
My passion for supporting others with connecting to their mind, body and soul, has led to developing Rituals that leave one feeling aligned, attuned and in balance. Based in Coffs Harbour NSW, during my downtime I love taking the family outdoors and into nature, enjoying all that Pachamama - Mother Earth - has to offer.
After years exploring my own depths, It brings me great joy to be your ally and guide on your journey to reconnect, to remember and to return home to your heart.
